How to Keep Your Brownies Fresh and Flavourful:
Savour the rich, fudgy flavour of our brownies for 7-10 days from your dispatch date.
If you want to extend their shelf life even further, you can freeze them for up to three months (wrapped individually in cling film).
Gooey brownie & melted chocolate topping? 10 seconds in the microwave (800w)
Soft brownie & melted chocolate topping? 3 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220c

When selecting a delivery date, please bear in mind we are not liable for delays caused by our carriers - 98% of orders are delivered on the date chosen.
If you are selecting an important day (eg birthday) please leave an additional days grace - your brownies will still be super fresh for the big day.
We have instructed DPD that all orders MUST be delivered, so please specify a safe place or pick up point through the DPD tracking link in your order confirmation.
Our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so it is important to complete this if the recipient is not home. Please ensure you prioritise a date when someone will be home to receive them.
It is also important to mention that DPD have a new policy in which once they have attempted delivery once, the driver is instructed to take the parcel to a local pick-up shop to be collected. Once it arrives there we are unable to request for it to be redelivered and if not collected will be sent back to us after 5-7 days. We do not take accountability for this and you will not receive a refund if the parcel is taken to the pick-up shop.

I ordered these as a surprise for my daughter, who just moved into a flat. There was an issue with the delivery company- they couldn’t find the address. The Brownie box were absolutely amazing who resent the order again, the delivery company still had the same problem ( this was no fault of the brownie box) The brownie box company resent the order to my address and they have just arrived with in 48 hours, beautifully packaged and smell amazing.
